The Hills Youth Services Network (HYSN) is a collaboration of service providers working with young people aged 12 to 24 years, in the Hills Local Government Area (LGA).
The HYSN is committed to supporting youth service providers and the community of the Hills LGA to achieve quality service provision for young people and to promote an awareness of their diverse needs and lifestyles. It is the undertaking of the HYSN to meet the needs of it's community and fellow service providers by adopting the following terms of reference:-

Collaboration and Networking: To encourage collaborative projects, programs and events in order to promote more comprehensive service provision for young people and the development of professional peer networks.
- Public Relations and Lobbying: To raise the community's awareness regarding key youth issues through information and lobbying with and on behalf of young people and youth service providers.
- Information Sharing: To provide the opportunity for the sharing of relevant information and resources to address issues that effect young people and youth service providers.
- Professional Development and Support: To provide training and support for youth service providers and to promote other available training within the wider community, in order to facilitate the sharing of skills, knowledge and expertise to enhance service provision.
