HYPE IS ALL ABOUT YOUTH
The Hills Youth Plan Exposed is brought to you to develop and distribute information regarding youth activities, programs and events in the Shire.
HYPE has a Youth Centre located on Old Northern Road at Castle Hill called HYPE Central.
HYPE Central is a space designed for young people to socialise with their friends in a safe and secure environment. The centre targets young people aged 12-24 years who live, work, study or play in the Baulkham Hills Shire.
